Pedro Lamy Translations / Traduções (the “Service Provider”) is

completing the requested assignment or for purposes of record

purposes to which you provided them.
II. INFORMATION I COLLECT
I may use both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”.
“Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to
personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic
information I may
collect, referring / exit pages / URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and
preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of
clicks.
“Personal Information” is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the assignment (translation, editing, LQA, proofreading, revision and other linguistic services)
and includes data that may identify you personally and/or clients.,
such as name, address and email address.
In addition, I may also track information provided to me by your browser when

such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of

you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date

protect your Personal Information and ensure that such Personal Information

I usually shred the files containing the information as soon as I receive
reasonable confirmation that you were satisfied with my work and that no other
changes are necessary to it.
Shredding is a file or folder destruction method that was made so that no
shredded document, is in any way, recoverable.

You have the right at any time to prevent me from contacting you and of
requesting that all the information you provided is deleted, without presenting
any reason for it.
